Supporting your health through the 10:10 Mantra with Sarah Di Lorenzo

I’m chatting today with my gorgeous friend, Sarah Di Lorenzo, who is passionate about helping people reach their health goals.

Are you thriving in optimum health?

Or, like so many women, are you relying on coffee to get you out of bed in the morning?

I always say, your health is your wealth. If you want to make an impact and build something powerful, you need to prioritise your body.

Sarah has created a powerful tool kit for people to step into their optimum health, build a healthy relationship with food, and be empowered – on and off the scales.

In this episode, Sarah and I talk about the common challenges people face when it comes to weight loss. She shares some of her incredible insights, tips and advice for how to bring your body back into balance.

We also talk about perimenopause. What it is, how to recognise the signs and how a healthy diet can help you avoid the symptoms.

Sarah shares so passionately about how she stays grounded while doing all that she does, we talk about the power of a positive mindset, learning from mistakes and embracing challenges to be all we can be.

I absolutely loved this conversation and I know you will too.

Make sure you get a copy of her #1 best selling book, The 10:10 Diet! Sarah says it really is possible to lose 10kg in 10 weeks AND keep it off.
