I’ve walked this path – twice – manoeuvring through an array of professional hurdles and obstacles to shape the genesis of Powerful Steps, an initiative launched to empower, enlighten and inspire business owners, executives and entrepreneurs to shape their own powerful brands.
The core of Powerful Steps is grounded in the belief that we need to set strong foundations to create a powerful brand. Our methods have worked with global brands and their brand leaders and are equally effective for business owners, executives and entrepreneurs. It’s the strategy, not size, that determines success.

The crux of Powerful Steps philosophy is fostering and nurturing connections through a commitment to 3 coffee dates a week which we have honoured throughout our 24 year career. One with someone we know, one with someone we wish to partner with and one with someone completely outside of our comfort zone (more on this if you feel like signing up to our #coffee challenge). In the heart of successful businesses, you will often find a coalition of extraordinary people they’ve built relationships with – we refer to this as your PowerBase. It is the goodwill you’ve cultivated around your brand. Everyone has a PowerBase, it’s time to leverage it wisely.

A mentor helps you acknowledge your blind spots, guides you through adversity, and celebrates your successes. I make a commitment to mentor 5 global leaders per month through 1:1 sessions and many more through our Business Attraction Program.
