Love, Truth, & Grace with Supermodel Rachel Hunter

I’m joined today by the incredible Rachel Hunter as we share a beautiful conversation about love, truth and grace. Rachel’s depth of wisdom and grace is profound as we talk about her stepping out of fear and into love.

Rachel Hunter is an internationally renowned supermodel from Auckland, New Zealand, who began her successful career at the age of seventeen and has appeared on notable brands and magazine covers including Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, Sports Illustrated and many more.

What I love most about Rachel Hunter is her truth and honesty – the foundational work she has done to drop out of ego into her life source of discovering who you really are, anchoring into the wisdom within and expressing yourself in an energetic and intuitive way.

Rachel has recently embarked on an odyssey exploring beauty and well-being in cultures all over the globe for her acclaimed television program, “Tour of Beauty.” She has just released a best-selling book chronicling her incredible experience.

In this episode, Rachel shares her three beautiful rituals of intention, learning and action and how the process of seeking your purpose is so personal, a constant process of evolving and living in the ebb and flow.

Born into a spiritually open family, Rachel had a deep connection with her late mother who sought many different and diverse spiritual practices. An open mind and heart became the legacy she passed on to Rachel.

After her mother’s death in 2017, Rachel fully immersed herself in the formal study of the ancient practices of yoga in the foothills of the Himalayas. Having completed over five hundred hours of Registered Yoga Training (RYT) and several master modules in meditation, Rachel is trained in all facets of the eight limbs of yoga.

Rachel’s transformational, dynamic practice includes breath work and various disciplines of yoga with an emphasis on the Vedantic and Tantric traditions, incorporating Himalayan Kundalini.

There is so much power in this episode and I know it will resonate deeply with so many women on their own journeys of self discovery. As you anchor back into yourself, you will discover your own power and that is when manifestation and miracles happen.
