Workplaces in 2023 will be more diverse, distributed and virtual than ever before and people will start questioning where do we belong? The common thread is ‘visibility’ when building a powerful personal brand in business or when leading a team as we leap into the new year.
Don’t chase short-term ROI to the point that you lose sight of what makes your brand valuable and unique. Be strategic by understanding your brand message and anchor your every move to your values, intent and purpose. When you are clear on what you stand for and what you stand against it is easy to raise the vibration of people and opporunities that will find you organically.
That’s right – you don’t need to pay social media platforms for leads when you understand who you are and what value your brand can deliver to others.
People go to different networks for different reasons – Linkedin for business insights and connection. Facebook you might catch up with a friend overseas or tap into the power of online communities that inspire you. On Twitter you may skim over the day’s breaking news. Instagram is a visual scroll and you can purchase whatever takes your fancy while on TikTok you look for a laugh while searching for the latest viral trends.
Most social media users spend time on multiple platforms so if your a brand tap into the power of google anayltics to see which platform you invest your time and energy in by simply looking at your engagement numbers – they never lie.
