Psychotherapist and Executive Coach
Why was it important for you personally to do mentoring sessions with Tory Archbold?
“I believe I was personally touched by how Tory addressed a large crowd at Let’s Connect Women’s Wellness Summit in February this year. She spoke in such an authentic way from her heart, sharing her personal journey which showed tremendous vulnerability and courage.
“Her passion for what she believed in was infectious and it was crucially important for me to align myself with someone who had similar values. I knew from the very beginning that her integrity and her ability to deliver would empower me to step outside my comfort zone and transform my business. She truly believes and understands the power of connectivity and how powerful steps can propel your business forward.”
What are you planning to achieve by your mentoring sessions?
“I will aim to achieve a sense of clarity over the principles and purpose of who I am and for my business. Having just recently moved my practice from overseas after 20 years in Singapore, Tokyo and London, I need the tools and confidence inspired by Tory to create my own authentic connections to grow my business forward in a meaningful and organic way. I have always been passionate about mental health and helping others but these sessions will help me to transform my creative ideas into action and ultimately money so I can utilise my international experience to expand my business globally.”
What’s the most inspiring thing about your mentoring sessions with Tory?
“Tory has the unique ability to not only ignite passion and creativity during every single session but to also inspire me to be bold and courageous in my dreams. I am also inspired by her positive growth mindset and self-belief in her process of aligning yourself to your true values. We are united in our belief that it is a magical process which not only delivers but more importantly sparks joy for us both.”
What motivates Tory to do her business mentoring?
After 18 years working as a high-powered publicist in her own company, Torstar, in Sydney, Australia, you’d think Tory Archbold would have her hands full but she’s motivated to do her business mentoring because, quite simply, she loves seeing people succeed.
“I think the secret ingredient is really identifying where you want to be and what steps you need to take, and to be accountable for them,” she adds.
