It’s been 18 months
It’s been 18 months since I wrote ‘Self Belief is Your Superpower,’ a book that has helped change how we show up for ourselves and others. After a near-death experience, I learned the power of owning my own story, not fearing judgment, asking for help to navigate change, and the power of community to build a legacy that can help future generations claim theirs.
On Monday night in Kristina Karlsson’s Dream Life Book Club, I will share how self-belief can be the pivot you seek for transformational moments to enter your life. The good news is that you don’t have to pay to tap into your Self-Belief—it’s within us all. We just have to take ownership of how we use it for the greater good in business and life.
Here are 3 tips you can activate today to help you believe in the power of what you can create:
1. Embrace Your Strengths:
Recognize and embrace your strengths and talents. This transformative act can boost your self-belief and empower you to lean into your unique superpower confidently.
In our Business Attraction Program, I share a 5 point story framework that allows you to unlock your true strengths and potential, empowering you to own your unique superpower.
2. Positive Self-Talk:
Practice positive affirmations and self-talk. One of my favourite affirmations is “I can and I will’. Please remind yourself of past achievements, as they are the stepping stones to your success, and then you can just make your future success by placing your thoughts and energy into where you want to be.
3. Set and Achieve Goals:
Set realistic goals and work towards achieving them. Celebrate each accomplishment, no matter how small, as it reinforces your belief in your abilities and propels you forward.
Thank you to everyone I met on this journey as an author. Keep sharing your transformational moments with me, as I love seeing your star rise.
Much love,
TORY xox
